Great documentary mostly about Farran Adrià, the executive chef of El Bulli, largely considered to be one of the best restaurants to ever exist. The film covers Farran's strange but genius ideas of what cooking is or should be and documents the 6 months out of the year that the restaurant closes to develop the following year's menu. It was really interesting seeing the scientific and research based style they use to go about inventing their dishes. A brilliant arbiter of the creative process in general.
